About Me

I am a farm girl, born and raised on the plains in rural Montana. We grew and raised our own food, canned and preserved vegetable from our garden, and spent lots of time outdoors. I have enjoyed a healthy and natural lifestyle since childhood. I knew the value that your work brings even before I knew what that meant.

When I divorced at 44, I returned to college for nursing. During the course of my studies, I found that my favorite subjects were English and Psychology. After some clinical rotations, I knew that conventional healthcare wasn’t the place for me.

Upon leaving nursing school, I attened a holistic health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became a certified coach. I soon hired a business coach to help me create the business aspect of my coaching. For a time I did health coaching, and also some divorce coaching. But I didn’t get the marketing skills I needed to become successful — the words you need to really connect with ideal clients.

I left coaching and was professionally trained as a copywriter by one of the nation’s best copywriting mentors. And then I truly felt the passion I had been searching for.

I am a well-rounded copywriter for the holistic health and wellness industry.

When you work with me, you’ll get a copywriter who:

  • understands and appreciates the work that you do and the value it brings to those who are suffering or just want to live better

  • crafts compelling copy that creates more qualified clients for your practice

  • saves you marketing dollars by creating trust, authority, connection, and visibility online

  • frees up your precious time so you return to the things that light you up.
